Boring day ...

Hi everyone from a very bored me today, am having to do a quick sew job for Carla and it's beginning to get on my nerves, SO, I thought I would have a little break and look at the file,' not yet shared.'...I love to dabble in all sorts, I stumbled on Lotta's blog a good while ago, WOW, amazing., so inspiring, you just want to do everything she does...but you know you can't....at best I try to have a go by eye balling without copying, well I tried and I enjoyed...so here is my first attempt at whatever you call this other than mixed media...
I just cut board up and started layering, then painted with black acrylic first, then bronze, copper and even a touch of gunmetal, I had a ball, the room was wrecked but it was worth it...not bored that day...no no...
The' home' chippie is from the works...
when you visit Lotta's blog...AND YOU REALLY SHOULD....hers looks like real nails, maybe it is, maybe it's all metal, I don't know...but hey...near as I can do for now, if I start going into metal work my family will defo think I'm crazy...
Please pop over, she does amazing things , seriously, how she only has forty odd followers is beyond me....
So I hope you like my 'have a go try it out ' for today....now it's back to the salt mines for my darling daughter......have a good day, thanks so much for the visit....

Hi Janette, hope you finish your 'chores' soon and you can get back to enjoying yourself yourself and creating!
This looks fabulous, love the colours and texture, it's always good to do something different. Hope you've got is displayed somewhere nice.
