Wish I still had that figure I'd be walking on the beach too...lol..

Mid week post...

Hi all, hope your all enjoying a lovely week, first full week of the kids off School for us here and it's quite chaotic...lol...

I made this yesterday with this new image from Sherri Baldy bestie collection you can find her here...cute or what...she is called Here comes the sun..but I didn't use all the images that came with her..

coloured with flex markers, card stock is paper mill, various dies used, Brickwork was sent to me by a very kind friend, so I just coloured it slightly with some distress ink, the sentiment is an old stamp from stash..

Will try and enter a challenge or two, not been entering much lately for some reason...

CraftyCatz challenge #426 ATG

Morning lovely people, hope you all had a good week, mine has been busy with one thing and another and thankfully, apart from the odd hiccup, we still have sunny sunny days, sooo happy...just hope the kids get to enjoy it, they all start breaking up this weekend....

Our challenge this week is the usual ATG with the optional twist of Use Dies or punches...our lovely Nina chose this weeks theme, but at the moment she has taken some personal leave so Boss lady has done the post for her...

I loved using this sweet image and I think you'll agree she could be used for so many occasions...

CraftyCatz challenge #425 ATG

Morning everyone, happy friday once again and sadly for us we are out of the football, but our boys tried hard and are coming home with there heads held high I know...

This week at CraftyCatz our OPTIONAL TWIST is Think Summertime, fits in since we have all been cooking on high for a few weeks now...glorious...having a lull today but it should hopefully be back soon..

Cardstock is the usual Paper mill, don't even ask me how old that DP is, no idea, image is sponsor, coloured with Flexmarkers, wax cord LLC and flower WildOrchid...speaking of WO, did you all know it's closed...omg, I went to stock up and gone..!!!!..will be re-opening soon with new owner...sad...

Carla's birthday card...

Like I said I would post this over the weekend, it is the one I made for Carla who's birthday was in the week, I know it echo's two others I made recently, but she likes this style...

Same as before, Cardstock PaperMill, DP are lemoncraft, ribbon and twine stash and the flowers are WO andLLC, leaves are from Sarah Wright..the mdf daughter is from ebay

Couldn't show off inside as I had already given to her and snatched it back to take pics....of all the things to forget...

CraftyCatz challenge #424 ATG

Good morning, hope you are all happy and feeling fine..

This week at CraftyCatz the optional twist has been chosen by our lovely teamie Jackie, she wanted us to do a Summer Fun theme, so we did...

Our sponsor this week are the fabulous Paper Shelter, who kindly provided the team with images, but I did use one of my own

Here is my card, I used Girl in a hammock..

 Paper from a lovely 6x6 pad I bought from the ribbon girl, real pretty and never wanted to use, Ivy die and sentiment from an old sentiment set, the image was coloured with Flex markers base card the usual PaperMill.

She looks so relaxed, I would love a hammock, but honestly if I managed to get in I would NEVER get out without ending up in the A&E...true...

Think that's about it for today ladies, hope your looking forward to a nice weekend, so far our glorious hot weather is holding, it has been wonderful, last time this happened was 1976, I was heavily pregnant with my first babe and the heat went on and on, beautiful really...so I guess we deserve a break....
