Joanna Sheen...worth dealing with
Just wanted to say that my MS punch went 'Kerput' on Sunday, now I only got it at Christmas, so you can imagine...contacted JS last night and today have an e-mail saying they will replace....don't you think thats brilliant service...just thought I should share..lol..xxx

I think Joanna Sheen is a good company, I have never had any problems, very kind of her to replace it for you, good company practice.

Great to hear about good service, it's only what I've come to expect from the Joanna Sheen site. Def a good company to deal with. Am very surprised about your punch breaking so quickly though, I thought MS were supposed to be good quality. CoB
I wont buy Ms punches,i'v heard so many have broken,they are soooo expensive too.Glad you are having a new one.I'v heard only good about Joanna sheen.Huggles xxx
