Hello and happy friday..

Hi everyone, I hope all is well in your world, I wish you all well.

I have had a week of 'it', honestly I was cleaning out my big wardrobe and thought I would just move this small chest of drawers, 'POP' I heard it as well as felt it, my back has gone and I have been in so much pain, its awful when this happens and I swore to myself I would never do anything to cause it to happen again, but here I am, can barely move, using a stick like an oldie...which in some way I suppose I am but come on, my head says different :)) So waiting it out last time it was a three month job, please God I hope it shifts faster than that..

***********************

Anyways, I had made these bits out of some stamped A4 card left over from when Mia and I were designing some stuff for college, thats two years ago, so before the big 'pop' event, I was making these, why did I not stay in my craft room.!!!!!

Not great pics, sorry. These are TimHoltz stamps on Kraft card with a touch of white sakura here and there. Because she is an avid reader I threw in a bookmark too.
Thats it I think.

Have a lovely weekend people, and if you do speak to 'The big guy' throw in a good word for me please, really appreciate that :))

Oh No!!! Not what you needed you poor thing! Unfortunately when you have a 'dodgy back' it's only too easy to damage it. With the best will in the world you can't be careful all the time. I hope you feel much more comfortable soon, get plenty of rest and DON'T MOVE ANY FURNITURE!!
Your cards and bookmark are stunning- such fabulous stamps and stamping, love the inspirational sentiments too.
Take care

Oh No! That's all you need {NOT}. Trouble is we think we can manage these things on our own, and find out we can't. Hope it does take as long as you think it will Janette.
Super cards and book mark so much details on them all.
Take care.

Oh dear we never learn-know we shouldn't do these things and still do -hope your back feels better soon.I have to use a stck now and a 4 wheeled shopper which I fought against for so long BUT must admit it helps with walking so much-had to go for a bone scan yesterday for the scoliosis as pain in back and hips getting constant now and after the positions they put you in had to come home to painkillers(another absolute last resort) and bed!Great monochrome cards and bookmark, love all the stamps too.Just shows should stick to crafting housework is lethal lol

I am so sorry to read this, Janette! Back injuries are always so tough and I am amazed at how little it takes to reinjure them. I know you've had trouble with your back in the past so I'll be adding my prayers to the others that you'll be on the mend soon. In the meantime, take extra care of yourself and let your family help as much as they can so you can heal properly! Sending you lots of hugs, CoCo

Oh no Janette!! We are our own worst enemies. Think we are 21 till we do something like that!! I am hoping, with rest, that you are back to your 'young' self in no time!!! I love these gorgeous wee makes. It's surprising what we can create with leftovers. YES the craft room is the safest room in the house for sure! Sending get well hugs
