Very CAS card.

Morning, I hope you are all well.

I made this card quite by mistake the other day, I was having a route through some drawers and found these rub-ons I had forgotten all about, I used the one I wanted on something else then rubbed this onto a piece of white card and thought it would make a nice tag, but after looking again I thought of Mia, she loves Daisy's most of all, it made sense to turn it into a card.

Simply cut into squares with a pale blue backing and another white piece, then, yes, I found some pale blue ink to lightly splash, its so sweet I love it.

She always  says they make her smile, so see, perfect for her, I will give it to her just because....

And now this little nest in the big tree out back, its extremely old, and has this hole in it now, I worry abit because this thing is huge, anyway, I tried to get a photo, the babies are so tiny and cute and Mum is a little Wren  I think, everyone is staying clear to let them have a chance, the last babies we had in June were in the hedge and  fox came by in the early hours and snatched at least one, I get so upset, but its natures way I suppose.

If you look close you can see a tiny beak on the right hand side, just thought I would share.

Hope you all have a good weekend my friends.

A very elegant card Janette. Nature can be cruel but hopefully some of the Wren chicks will grow and fledge.

What a lovely bit of serendipity—this card came together so beautifully! The soft blue and delicate daisy give it such a fresh, peaceful feeling, and it’s so touching that you created it with Mia in mind. Those little splashes of ink are the perfect gentle accent. And your story about the wrens is just as heartwarming as your card—hoping those tiny beaks grow strong and safe.

OH! What a very beautiful card Janette, I'm sure Mia will love it. You are so lucky to have a nest in your garden, such a privilege methinks, I would have thought they would have gone for a larger hole, but they are only tiny aren't they. I hope they are all able to fly the nest. x
