I used ProMarkers to colour the image

Card edged with MS punch and randomly stamped with a swirl design
Sentiments LOTV edged. again with MS punch
Ribbon from stash
Flowers from Craftybitz
Heart was a quick hand cut out and inked around the edge, tied with cotton and a gem
Sticky backed diamonds from Trimcraft.
