CraftyCatz challenge #299....Tag it...

Well, PHEW!!!!!!!!!...I thought I was never getting back to blogland, what a to-do, but I am on the mend again...fingers well and truly crossed......I hope you missed me....
Can you believe we are at the end of October...where did that go...it's my youngest sons birthday on the 31st....what a Halloween that was....haha...
My big announcement today is that yesterday afternoon, after a very long wait....2 weeks late....my newest Grandson was born, Jacob and he is gorgeous....so tiny...6lbs 9oz.... and so perfect...and all yummy....his Mum had a section in the end, but both are doing well...
This week was my turn to host, so I thought with all the celebrations ahead, we would need Tags...but if you want to make a card with a tag on, that's fine by me.....do your thing.....as long as we can see a tag somewhere....
Our sponsors this time are the brilliant PaperShelter, who have a $10 GC for one lucky winner...
They very kindly provided our images too...

Here is my  Tag
I thought it may go with a recipe book I have for a certain someone's stocking filler...she loves to bake etc...
I haven't gone mad with colour as I still have problems with the fumes, can you believe I wore a face mask to do this...haha....

the background is scored , in an attempt to get a wood effect....the dp and heart die were from a friend for my birthday, Polish papers, simply wonderful quality...hated having to use...lol...the lettering was from a Dienamics set, which I shaded with TH ink and the ribbon is stash...
*****************
Think that's it, please come along and join us and see what the team came up with, lots of inspiration....
I'm off to rest, after a month of being away I am positively exhausted....haha...
Have a lovely week-end and take it easy...
Hugs, Janette..xxx
