CraftyCatz challenge #541 ATG

Good morning, this is my last post for CraftyCatz for a while.

I was about to step down as I feel at odds about everything just lately, I'm not enjoying things like I once did, its all becoming 'hard work' if that makes sense, anyways, my good friend and boss lady Sue, had a hissy fit and now I am taking a 'break', haha , its ok she knows I love her to bits and we really are real life friends...and the girls on the team are the most wonderful bunch, they support each other all the time, I am sure the old saying, 'be the woman who straightens another womans crown', applies to this lot I really am so I would miss them too much. So break it is, not from all blogging I will be here and coming to see you as per. PHEW!!!!!!

*************************************

OK, here is this weeks, hosted by AuntySue herself and sponsored by CraftyRibbons, the optional theme is use Die and/or punches.

My card was made for a friend and she has it now so ok to show.

The image is a Mo,you can find the shop HERE , it's one of a few I bought from a GV I got for my birthday from my wonderful friend.

Image coloured with promarkers and cut with oval die. The back panel was cut with TH die set, a few paint splashs were added behind the panel and the little sentiment stamp I had in a set. Inside I just added a happy birthday die and again splashed with paint

Thats it then, sorry for the long drawn out post today.

A lovely card Janette, a pretty image and I love how you've used the TH die cut - I've got this die but don't use it very often - thanks for the inspiration. (Something I'm lacking lately)
I'm pleased to know you're not giving up blogging, but understand how things are at the moment - can't wait for life to get back to normal - can't believe it's a year since the first lockdown!
Have a lovely weekend and stay safe.

Hi Janette, first, your card is beautiful. I love the way you have paired the image with this die cut, such a wonderful design. Second, I'm glad you are taking card of yourself and giving things a chance to settle before making any big changes. It's amazing what a little holiday, making things just because to want to, will do. Big hugs, take care!

Totally understand where you are coming from Janette. I feel like I am living in someone else's life sometimes and nothing seems real, if that makes sense!! During the night I'd be going 'right that's it, I'm packing in my crafting' but in the morning I suddenly realise there is nothing much else at the minute lol so back I go! It has held me together for sure but it can be love hate relationship!! I do love your card today though and I hope you can still make one for us all now and then. Enjoy the break and I am sure you will know when it's right to pick it up again xxx PS yes I stamped and cut each shamrock out by hand! Mad woman but I did enjoy it!
