Hello lovely people, do hope all is well wherever you may be on this beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon, wow, its so wonderful after all the dark rain filled days. We all realise how lucky we are to be somewhere safe today, the world is going mad again and I for one am very scared. Lets pray it all ends soon.
OK, enough of that, I saw this Mo image, and well, whats a person to do (I so wanted to say 'Girl' then, but that ship sailed awhile back......haha...)
Anyway made a card at last, it took me all afternoon to colour and all this morning, well, couple of hours, to put together, I am so out of the game, I am exhausted...haha...
Is she cute or what, and the sentiment comes with so all good, you will find her
here, go on you know you want to :)) Kept it simple, coloured with PM and Copic pens.
That out of the way, can you help with this next problem.
I treated myself to a lovely EF last week, was so excited to get it as I love these flowers and my friend Chrissy has been using them alot,( so jealous..) anyway, this happened first try on my bigshot, not like I haven't used it before, it also snapped at the top, I am not happy at all, have now put it under some heavy books to try sort it but I won't be buying anything from them again anytime soon, has this ever happened to you.....
Anything you can think of please.
Thats all for today, I am playing around with my Macrame, some ok some funny, heaven only knows how I did so much back when it was the 'in' thing, haha....but I am trying, so far got lots of feathers...
Love to all, stay safe.

Such a shame that Mo's not doing blog Challenges now.

Never seen this happen before! Perhaps you could send them an email and let them know what problems you have?
Gorgeous card and gorgeously cute image beautifully coloured love it.We have had rain all day today and yesterday!I once had a Tattered Lace embossing folder that snapped across the top! Could you try what they suggest with the bigshot plates -putting in really hot water with something heavy on the top? Worth a try.

Hi Janette this is a gorgeous card. I can see why you like this stamp set so much. Have a good weekend. Take care. Hugs Jackie
Temptress! Love this sweet image and your beautiful colouring, super CAS design with those soft and lovely clouds.
That EF is not looking good! Never had this happen I'm happy to say. Most of my EFs are quite old and been through the big shot countless times and survived! Hope it flattens out again.
Glad you're enjoying some lovely sunshine- wish it was the same here but cold, damp and miserable today- at least it has stopped raining...
hugsxxx
What a gorgeous image and coloured beautifully Janette..love the soft sky and that little puppy looking up at her, so cute...
As for your folder, eek...you may have to do the hot water trick, put folder into really hot water and another pot of really hot water on top and leave it there, hopefully it will straighten..the other thing I noticed is you need to put your folder through the machines on a slight angle, corner first, stops that blunt pressure, good luck with the hot water..
Luv CHRISSYxx
Fabulous card and image colpuring is awesome. As for EF thats notgood and fsr worst that imagined drop them a line and picture and hope the hot water works. We got sun todaybut cold this morning

[Not ever seen this happen to a embossing folder before, what machine do you use?
Such a gorgeous card and I have to fiddle around with my plates with my machine because there are so many different EF out now..I would email the company and tell them whats happened Janette..hugs Sue x
The image and your awesome colouring makes this a most beautiful card Janette, the sentiment is perfect, LOVE your card.
As for the EF, I have one that the first time I put it through my old Grand Calibur, EF an A4 size, was side joined and 75 percent of it split on the side and also 2inches into the folder too. I just taped it up and still use it, but very carefully! It hasn't curved in anyway though. So sorry, but I can't help with that. I used the EF this week funny thing, and another piece came off the side grrr.
Best of luck with it, maybe get in touch with the maker, I wish I had.

A gorgeous card Janette,, that image is so cute, love the colouring and the sky looks fabulous.
Can't help with the EF, never had this happen to me. Hope the hot water trick helps.
Avril xx
Your card is just beautiful Janette, very fresh and such a cutie! We have had lots of sunshine here too though freezing cold lol. But I'll take that any day. Your EF looks like it might have had too much pressure. I put my through sideways and at least 3" down the plates. I did have one split before, simply because I forced it through but just taped it up and still able to use. I have never tried the hot water method though. You should email and send photo of the EF to the company and see what they say.
Hi hun.Love this gorgeous image, and your colouring is sooooo good.I don't use many EF so can't help sorry. How strange though,do hope the hot water helps sort it.xxx
I totally understand why she had to become yours, she's darling especially with your coloring. As for the EF, I treat them like my dies and put them through on an angle. I would think it is still usable despite the warping, right? So disappointing though.
This is such a beautiful card Janette, wonderful colouring! Hope you've managed to get that folder sorted! xxx
