CraftyCatz challenge #605....I think :))

Good morning, no I am not 'back' I am just doing a GDT spot for my favourite team, I have the privilege of being able to bob in and out of this one its wonderful, thanks to Sue and the lovely girls, which once again includes our favourite teamie from the past Bridget from Curly Bear crafts, so nice to see her back in blogland again....

This weeks challenge is hosted by the lovely Billie and she wants us to use Stencils, was this made for me or what !!!! The challenge is sponsored by Di's Digi Stamps

My card I used a brick stencil with paste, coloured over when dry with some silver brillience ink, it looks far better IRL I promise. The image is a stamp I bought about two years ago and not used yet so stuck that on , found the snowflake  ribbon in stash, made a star and put some sparkle on it and round the edges to try liven things up abit.

Hope you don't think its abit too washie !!

Not done much inside yet but you never know :))

Well thats it, I have enjoyed being back this week, hope the girls feel the same way :))

Please pop over and join the fun, the girls always make such gorgeous creations to inspire you and you can win a nice image or two.

As most the world knows by now we lost our beautiful Queen Elizabeth yesterday, its hit me hard, I really feel heartbroken, she has been there my whole life and has served us well. May God bless her and now we have to say God save the King...

Gorgeous card Janette, love the brick wall stencil and love vintage feel this card offers, fabulous colours and can imagine the silver shine, the stars and dimension they give is awesome, you know I love my dimension...God save the King..goodbye Queen Elizabeth, she has been in my life all my life as well..I even stood up in the movie theatre when I was a small child and they played God save the Queen and she walked down the aisle with her crown and sparkling dress and just made me cry..[sigh]..

A fabulous card Janette, love the sparkly silver background which really goes well with the image.
I've got this stamp and apart from fussing cutting the calendar, it hasn't been used as a whole image, thanks for the inspiration.

This card is so shimmery and beautiful Janette, I really love it. Sending you hugs. The passing of Queen Elizabeth has hit so many so so hard. Everything seems to be changing this year and it certainly hasn't been for the better. Lets hope King Charles continues like his Mother.
