Morning lovelies, I hope someone can help me out with my latest problem.
My Big Shot has had a hissy fit and just not cutting anything, well mainly down one side. My son has had a good look at it and after watching a you tube video, took it apart, still not right. Worse part is, my lovely new set of dies arrived from my Tag along win and its just not happening...any suggestions.

Congrats on your win but sorry can't help with the Big Shot -for now can only suggest running it through then turning it round to run through again?

Lost pressure one side..mmm...I had that for awhile and started using my smaller plates on one side, then other side, for quite a long time, still do in fact, and only use my big plates when I have big dies..assuming we talking about the big shot with long plates, if not, then do what Carol said, best bet I think..sorry cannot help more that that..

What a pain Janette, I had/have a BS Express, the previous one did something similar, hubby took apart and it sort of worked again but uneven pressure as you indicate. I used to put a piece of card between the plates on one side, it evened it out a bit, but in the end had to get a new one.
All that said it's still one of the best machines I've used, the Switch is OK at best, apart from that the Pro Cut which is A4 is very reliable, I'm still using the same plates which came with it 18 months ago and no warp like most.
