Morning all, what a grey day we are having and apparently more to follow, chin up, soon be summer :))
Right I made this card yesterday afternoon as I fancied dragging myself away from NCIS Origins on Parmount + for five minutes, I have been watching this one from the start but I do really love it, and BTW if you fancy watching a good Brit series, try Dept. Q, its on Netflix and is really really good.
Onto my card, I have the washie stickers in a draw that I bought awhile back for Mental health awareness, great buy and I love them.
As you cans see its a double layer, you need two images the same and the top one is placed directly over the bottom layer, I used on of my TH dies, a few splashes and a sentiment from a set I bought from Craftstash ages ago...so sad they are closing....
Oh and I rolled my wheel round the edges to get the faux stitch look.
I was quite happy with how it turned out to be honest.
Think that is that for today.I must tell you how happy I was that my number came up to win the first Tag along and ATC's challenge, really happy and will be making more stuff for this months.
Thanks so much for calling in, much appreciated.

Hoping our lovely sunshine will soon return- very windy, chilly and threatening to rain here today.
Hope you're doing ok.

Absolutely beautiful card and washi stickers, love the corner die-cut. Great technique and congrats on your well deserved win too. That downpour was certainly something this morning-it woke me up. Thank you for your comments and concern -today is the second day I have been able to stay up and had a little something to eat, just had no appetite at all really thought it was serious as actually went 4 days with no chocolate or my nightly glass of port lol.

This is so pretty, Janette! I love the technique, a really wonderful use of the TH die. And of course splatters, especially when you do them so beautifully. I hope you weather has improved, I will check out Dept Q. Always looking for an interesting watch.
Such an inspirational design Janette and so much depth and dimension, beautifully done and good use of time of a dreadful day, much the same again today.
Yes, been watching Dept Q, two more episodes to go, nearly dumper after first episode as a bit slow, but grows on you. Looking forward to the new series of Gold.

What a wonderful card, Janette! The layering technique creates such a striking depth, and the faux stitching detail adds the perfect touch. The washi stickers are a fantastic choice—such a meaningful addition. Congrats on your win in the Tag Along challenge, so well deserved!
Wow that is super gorgeous Janette! Love the sound of your washi stickers and you have used them beautifully. Love the extra layer and your stitching wheel has left its mark beautifully. Thanks for the series tips. I will check them out. Where would we be without a good series on these dreary wet days! Glad you got your prize ok. Happy crafting!!
Oh, Jannette your card is gorgeous. What a wonderful technique. We are planning on cancelling Netflix at the end of the month but I'm going to check out that show first. I may decide to keep it.
Hope you have a great week!
