I need to get my skates on if I am to make my cards for everyone, phew its been awhile since I last posted and this is the first thing I have attempted to make.
One of Mo's images of course, coloured with Copic and PM pens, some stencilling and layered onto some dark blue cardstock. I did sprinkle some glitter dust on his fur and a touch on his beard, not sure if it has shown up.
The sentiment stamps are from a set I bought recently.
Side view, not much going on there really.
Hope it has passed muster !!!!!

Update for those who have asked and been sending cards and messages, for which I am so grateful. Well I was supposed to go see my consultant again on the 27th, that has now been rearranged for the 4th December to see the Oncologist and decide which treatment I am to have, it was all decided once but then another scan has changed all that, so fingers crossed it won't be as brutal as the first thing I went through, never again I hasten to say.
All being well it won't start till after Christmas, but the later date has given me time to organise the house for the big day, haha, I say that because I now sit there and give orders, who'd have thunk it :))
I hope you are all well, shout out to our lovely blog friend Ginny, she has been through the mill of late ad I hope and pray she will be back home soon, hugs Ginny. xxx
Thankyou for being here, love to all.

He's a very jolly Santa and bring a smile to your face.
Thanks for the update, I can sympathise with all your going though, not least the changes of appointment dates, it really played with your head. I'm (hopefully) in for treatment again Thursday.

Sounds like you really went through the mill, at least a bit of respite until after Christmas -sending positive vibes and you take care and I wouldn't stress too much about sending cards too. Ooops almost forgot about your card lol, beautiful card and love the traditional looking Santa and delicate stencilling. Take care Janette.

Oh, it's lovely to see a card from you Janette- SO pleased you are feeling well enough to craft again-but do not overdo it!!!! You need to rest and keep your strength for getting properly well again. Sorry you're having to wait longer to find out what comes next- hopefully nothing nearly as awful as what you've already been through.
Love the card- such a wonderful Santa image (must get around to colouring him!) a beautiful clean design with the soft stencilling to add colour and interest, perfect choice of sentiment stamps too.
Been thinking about poor Ginny a lot- hope she's on the road to recovery.
Take care, xxx
Lovely to see you posting again Janette and I'm glad you're feeling well enough to craft again. He's a gorgeous Santa and I love the soft stencilling. Hopefully the next lot of treatments won't be so awful. Take care and keep dishing out the orders, I'm sure the family will secretly enjoy doing what they're told!

Hi Janette I have actually come on the blog. Love this image have so many images but I might have to go shopping. Your card is stunning. It is so sad about Ginny hard to believe. Take care flower
Ach Janette so glad to see you posting again. You are made of stern stuff!! Belt out the orders and enjoy it while it lasts. I will keep you in my prayers for the next step and pray everything goes well for you. I absolutely love your card. I just used that image myself but had to test myself and make it 2" in size lol.
The Santa image feels so warm and traditional, and the soft stencilling adds such a gentle touch. The layered blue background really makes the details pop, and the glitter on his fur brings a lovely festive sparkle. It is wonderful to see your creativity shining through again, and the clean design paired with those sentiment stamps makes the card feel both classic and heartfelt.
