Happy Sunday....

Good morning to one and all, its a sunny day here in good old Blackpool so I feel so good, nothing nicer than a fine day to lift the spirits.

To all of you who are lucky enough to still have your Dad with you, enjoy the day, hope you spoil him.

********************

Ok, so guess what I mad yesterday, haha, a TAG !!!!!! oh its becoming quite an addiction I tell ya...

This one is very beachiefied, {not spelt right even if its a real word but you get the gist...)

Some time ago I was very lucky to get a lovely surprise in the post from Carol, she was having a clear out and sent me so much stash, in that was some gorgeous pre-cut tags, so time to use one, I found some DP that I liked as a background, then stencilled a soft pattern and added some script from an old stamp set, then I strated to have some fun with these lovely pop outs from another old book I had, I love anything to do with the beach, and instead of just keep looking at then I decided to use, guess what I love it.

The middle sentiment I just tore up alittle then just added a few little things, so cute.

Now I must credit Chrissy for all this, she does the most wonderful scenes, so she got me all fired up to actually use some stash up..HOWEVER, she sent me the best stuff ever and after I have looked at it long and hard, I 'may' just use them, haha, I will but you get what its like.

OK, thankyou for staying this long, one last thing to share, I have some sweet rose bushes around the place, this is one of my mothers, no idea of the name and its well over twenty years old, the smell is wonderful and if you pass it in the evening air the fragrance just travels with you.

Three on one stem, love it.

Enjoy your day ladies, sending out love to all.

Fabulous beach -themed tag Janette- just right for the lovely summer weather we've been enjoying. How kind of Carol and Chrissy to send you some stash- always exciting to get a surprise in the post! The yellow roses are gorgeous, my favourite colour for roses as they remind me of my Mum- her fave too!
It's been a glorious day here today, warm, sunny with a lovely breeze- perfect!

What a fabulous nautical tag Janette and I love all the pop outs and I love the random placements, sometime you don't need a scene, ( like the one I just posted ), but clusters here there and placements just look awesome.. your rose is beautiful and such a lovely colour and three on a stem is amazing..

Thanks to Blogger I'm late to the party, only just popped up on my reading list. Your tag is just perfect for our current heatwave, as usual with UK weather it's one extreme to the other again.

Beautiful Rose, no help with the name, the only one here I remember is the Albertine climber which was a cutting from my Dad's garden many years ago.

Keep cool,

B x

What a gorgeous rose (I'm really into my real flowers right now). I especially love roses right now. Your tag is also gorgeous. I can see a bit of Chrissy inspiration there. Pray that you are doing very well!

Your beach‑themed tag is full of personality, and the mix of stenciling, script, and pop‑outs creates such a fun layered look. The story behind the stash and the gorgeous rose photo make the whole post feel warm and personal.

It just screams beach fun Janette. I do love a beachy theme and yes Chrissy is amazing at them. She has such a great eye for detail and I think I can say the same about you too!! The background on this is just gorgeous too. Oh wow those roses are sooooo beautiful. What a gorgeous shade of yellow and three blooms on one stem!! I don't have any roses in my little strip of garden here and today and yesterday we have had loads and loads of rain! Enjoy the weather while you have it and hopefully it won't get unbearably hot for you.
