CraftyCats challenge #494 ATG

So sorry for being late this morning, not a great day for me so far and I forget to schedule my post so SORRY...
This week we have our lovely Nick chooshing the optional theme which is food, we are sponsored by Beccys Place who very kindly gave the team images to use, but I have one I bought recently so I used that. You will find all the images in the shop HERE
For my card I used Strawberry patch, its a digi image and you actually get a set, so I made two because I wasn't getting the finish I had in my head, still not sure I am lovin' these but there you go.
First card is this one, the sentiment came with and you get pre coloured as well which this is

This one I did the colouring as you probably guessed, still think I could do better but there you are.
Thats it ladies, hope your all looking forward to a nice weekend, we are still battling storms here and my roof isn't getting sorted anytime soon, its a big worry, but then I see so many underwater, suffering the loss of everything and I thank God I am not having to walk in those shoes. Take acre everyone.xx

Hi Janette your cards are gorgeous. Those strawberries look delicious. I do hope your roof gets sorted out soon. Our conservatory roof suffered in last weeks storm. It has temporary fix but it needs more. Take care. Hugs Jackie

Great cards and the first die cut is so pretty.
We're still battling the winds but fortunately little damage. Hope the weather improves and you can get the roof repaired soon.

Gorgeous cards Janette, second one is my fave and super colouring and clean design, hope your roof gets sorted soon, we have been lucky here just wet and windy but no real damage just a few trees down, and yes we count ourselves very lucky. Have a great weekend, I plan to as no work! xxx

I think they look great both of them Janette, I especially like the "skinny" one with the twine. Wonderful colouring as always! I hope your day got better. The weather is awful at the moment. I feel lucky to be able to stay inside and craft today.
Hope your weekend is a great one! Nick

What a scrumptiously lovely pair of cards. I'm a huge fan of strawberries and eat them multiple times a week. You've put me in the mood to whip up a strawberry themed make of my own this year. Thank you for the delicious inspiration.

May you stay safe, warm and have a much more pleasant week ahead.

Two stunning cards Janette, so eye catching! Sorry to hear you are still getting it bad. Today we had a bit of sunshine but very very cold. My heart breaks for those that have lost so much in the floods.

My fave is your second card and your colouring is super. Thinking of you getting rained on while we endure a drought here and would love some rain. Send it on over here. CarolG
