A quick card...

Afternoon lovely people, I made this from some backgrounds I was messing about with last week, so I have two panels like this now, here is the first card.

Just stencilled the background with some TH stencils I have and splashed about as one does, mounted onto black card then white cardstock. The vellum is torn up with a nice die on, which I have had for ever and never used, some black thread and bobs your uncle, done.

Thats it, I am having trouble with a card I am making for a little boy, three times now I have thrown it out so I am having a break and going back later, good job I started early :))

Thanks so much for your visit.

I am hoping the weekend bobs along quickly as my sweet Mia is home for the summer on Monday, I can't wait she brightens every corner of my world and we laugh at the craziest things, she just 'gets' me, just love this girl......

Hope you get success with your card! Sometimes the ones I'm not sure of always seem to go down the best.

I really love the beautiful stencilled background in those lovely soft colours, perfect with the vellum and black die cut. Great idea to use thread instead of twine or string, much more subtle and delicate, a gorgeous card Janette.
Only one more sleep until your lovely Mia is home- YAY!
