Happy Saturday...I think...

Hello everyone,  I hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend....{ it is Saturday I just checked.}haha

*********************************

Because it has been such a rotten day with the odd bout of sunshine, I went to do some crafting..got there, not a clue what I want to do, so got out my journal, got a page all set up, nothing....head scratching time, then I pulled some bits off my shelf and found some card I had played around with, so cut the top and decided to make a tag. Its quite big but I like it after a lot of faffing around. I used some more stamps from Temu, and some stencils I already had, I Finally, got to use some of my lovely blog friend Chrissy's mushrooms or toadstools, coloured up with inks,  found some satin bias cut out lots of ivy, that die is 'old' and added one of Tim's lovely quote chips.

That clock has been in my stash for years, I promise you it came along with other bits, I bought and could never bring myself to use...how daft is that, but this needed something so at last it can shine, well if you like clocks it can hahaha

Thats that, another productive afternoon. I was sat watching re-runs of' Lucifer' before that and  realised you get old fast sitting around doing nothing so up off the couch I got, lol..

Thanks so much for being here again, I so appreciate you all. And if anyone knows why I suddenly can't colour a printed image without it smudging please tell me, everything is still the same, so WHY!!!

Footnote...I never print and colour within a day, I have tried drying out the print in every way you can think of so whats next...helpppp...

Fabulous tag and mushrooms, love the clock and Autumn colours.Have you tried to colour straight away _ used to print out and leave a few hours or overnight-or you could give it a blast of hot air.Sorry tohear you have had a rotten day we have had a glorious day to day even got three loads of washing dry -small things lol

Have you replaced your ink cartridges if so they might have changed it and you wouldnt know. Tilly had this long time ago might be difference in paper manufacture. Got told to try heat blasting. Just ordered new ink compatables so hoping they are ok

It's a fantastic tag Janette, I love the sepia tones, the gorgeous die cuts and bow, a perfect setting for that beautiful clock. The weather has been beautiful here this weekend- have been reading outside for far too long, whizzing through the library books at a rate of knots.
Can't help with the smudging problem, sorry. It has to be something to do with the combo of ink and paper but that's not a lot of help. Maybe the heat blasting is a good idea?

Meant to say, seems a lot of us a mojoless this last week or two. As for smudges, I made a card this week after lots of mmming on what to do, did it OK and then noticed some embossing was smudged. I had already tried it twice so, Nope I wasn't doing it over. No mojo to do anything else.
Have a great week.

It looks absolutely gorgeous Janette. If I get a smudge, which I do a lot lol, I cover it up with an embellishment.
