This has to be my least favourite card this year, sorry but I am not good with fur, it just eludes me but I tried because our lovely Nick is hosting this week and her theme is Africa.

So there you have it, well they can't all be winners, haha...I feel sorry for him really poor little monkey, looks rough, think he has been swinging to many trees today, needs a good wash and blow dry. Good morning another Friday has rolled in, the weeks do fly by and the weather isn't really picking up much, although we did see some sunny skies mid week which was brilliant.

This week is my turn to host and pick the optional theme, so I went for In the Garden.

Our sponsor this week is Beccys Place and the images were provided for us.

The sentiment is pc generated although I actually own this stamp but can I find it...guess  I dare you..!!!!!!

The gingham is a piece of vellum, it came in a huge pack I bought from Aldi years ago, all for the princely sum of £1...

It started out so well......

 

Well this looks like a very simple card, and thats where I went wrong. I saw something similar on pinterest and thought how lovely and how easy...yeah right!!!!! 

You get the gist I hope but first thing, could I get the blocks right, no way, kept moving and trying but no, it wasn't to be, and the last row keeps hitting me in the face, I mean OXO....is it saying I love your gravy..!!!!!..I don't get it or have I done it wrong, anyways, we may as well share the bad with the good, the love line is from TH die and I did splash some gold acrylic about but it just ain't right...haha..

 

Thats it guys, see if you can work it out because I'm flummoxed...haha.

Just thought I would pop these on from a play day yesterday, a good friend sent me a GV for Mo images and I had a good spend, this is the first one, so cute I love these images.

Coloured up using PM and some prisma pencils, think the bird is abit 'off' but well we all have our off days..:) The DP is a works pad and the word die is TH.

Entering her into the challenge at Mo's which is ATG with a Mo image

I also got this die to make Mia a book mark, she just loves her Cat, Luna and this is so her..

 

I cut the die and then for the eyes just popped some lime vellum and bobs your uncle, its Luna.haha

Good morning, hope you all had a nice week. I had the best day on Wednesday, it was my birthday and considering the lockdown misery, it was a lovely day it really was, I feel so lucky to have friends and family, thankyou to anyone who sent cards or wished me well, it was lovely, and as I told everyone, after this is over the hugs will never stop..haha.

Enough about me, onto the challenge...

 I have to admit I love this sweet image and it was a pleasure to colour up. I used my PM pens, deckle edger and the metal charm has been in my stash forever and finally got to be used.The spotted backing was in the scraps box.

Morning hope your all doing fine, thanks everyone for your thoughts about Jacob, very happy to report he is doing fine and his brothers haven't come down with it.
