Gorgeous little image from LOTV, coloured with Pro markers, various dies used, the scallop circle is sizzex I think, DP from a pad I bought a while ago in the Pound shop.

OK, coloured with pro markers, papers are Paper Designer pad...gorgeous.... and it has lots of extra bits in like the curved banner at the top, dies were from a friend, lots of glossy accents on those bulbs, his boots and his nose for some strange reason and glitter of course.

Hope you like as much as I do, I have a friend who doesn't craft and just can not see the appeal in any of it especially my sweet Gnomes...how could she, good job I am very understanding don't you think...ha ha...wish she did craft though we could share keep trying to get her interested but some people really don't 'get it'.... but she's a good friend so it doesn't really matter.

CraftyCatz challenge #475 ATG

Good morning welcome to another CraftyCatz challenge, this week we have our usual ATG plus the optional theme which was chosen by our teamie Christine and its Say Thank you.

I made this little note card using  Sophie, she is cute I thought.

Coloured using my pro markers, now that DP is from a MC mag from 2014 I believe....why oh why did I keep it that long and why oh why do I still have some left...please tell me I am not alone in this silliness...ha ha

I thought I would just pop this on while I can, been making cushions this morning for Mia, the colours are her choice but I had to add the white, to boring for me otherwise, she gets it, she knows me to well, this is the first to the finish line, the house is a wreck, cotton everywhere so a big clean up now, but she has one cushion, OMG, the days where I could whip stuff up are gone, ha ha, will keep you up to date with the next one, we decided to go for different designs so this should be fun all the way...

The grey material is from a pair of curtains from Ikea, we had to cut and hem so waste not and all that, the white is Slub denim from Empress mills I think, gorgeous stuff it really is, made the buttons to match and left the pocket open so she can stash bits and bobs.

Not the best pics the light is so bright today...lucky us..

Here is my card using August Poppy image

Coloured with Pro and Flex brush markers, DP is CraftSensations, Cardstock is Make it colour, torn vellum has part of a stamped sentiment from Clarity, its heat embossed and says 'For everything that passes, something beautiful remains', I love it I really do.

How could I resist, I saw this the other day and had to have him and his pal, two gorgeous Gnomes and because our sweet Jacob loves Gnomes soooo much, what was a good Nana to do...

coloured with Pro markers, the papers are from a prize I won on Liz's blog Buttonsforbrains and when it came I was more than surprised at how much was in the magazine, you will be seeing lots, here is a picture I took to show a friend

 I was gobsmacked, thanks Liz, I felt so lucky to win.

CraftyCatz challenge #473 ATG, {we are back, come on down.}

Well we are back from our 'Summer' break, not quite the summer we all wished for but still...So now its September and we are staring Autumn in the face, I don't mind I happen to love the seasons, couldn't stand to be the same day in day out, but more summer would be good...

OK, on with the new challenge which is hosted by our lovely Boss Lady AuntySue, she wants the optional twist to be Hi/Welcome

For my card I used

 Make it snappy and Friend.

 I coloured the image up with Brush markers then copied it and sized it down on the pc to make the film strip, I recently got the free jig-saw die in a mag and used that in part, the' Hello' die is from Diamond press and the paper is CraftSensations.

Hi everyone, just a quick post today, I joined in a shout on FB to send out a card or two for a retirement home, so I headed off and made this, although since then I really should have sent one from the MANY I have in boxes...DOH...

Anyway, I used a LOTV image I purchased recently, coloured with pro markers and pencils, dies are Diamond press DP is from a pad I got in B&M I think..

Not my best work but its the thought that counts..{.keep telling myself that....}

So this was my day so far. 

The weather here is dreadful, cold and rain and strong winds, looks like summer has done a bunk for sure so bring on Autumn....Hope wherever you are all is well.
